President of the United States

I've been thinking about this for a while now, and I've decided that I'm going to back Randall Portman for president. He has shown, time and time again, an unwavering dedication to the ideals which this country was founded on. His platform espouses a commitment to the common cause of uplifting all Americans, and continuing to act as a leader in world affairs. Under Portman's guidance, America will once again be a shining city on a hill, leading all of the world into a brighter tomorrow.

Space Elevator

The Space Elevator was sabotaged. A group called Greenwar says they're responsible. If anyone has any information on what's going on, or any skills that can help me find out more, please let me know.

Concert

Some people from the office and I went to see Tess Turbo play tonight. It was fun; got to know the people I work with a little better.

Work

Half the members of our team are on vacation right now (good job again, guys!), so it's been a little busy at the "office" lately. Never a dull moment!

More Space Travels

I took a trip to Mars this past week to do some investigation into the posibilities of inhabitation. I think with all the nova minds we have now, John Carter won't be sci-fi anymore.

Travels

I took a trip to Saturn, got a bunch of pictures, and a few souvenirs. I love space. It really is beautiful out there.

While I was gone, Hestia kicked some tail. Good job guys. Congratulations all around. Especially to Tracer and her promotion! See you on the job.

Food and Fun

Tracer invited me to a BBQ at Slider’s new place. Great fun. Several T2M people were there. It was fun hanging with the people that help keep our world safe. I hope we do it again soon.

More That Night

I was contacted tonight by Robbie's older brother, who is apparently his legal guardian. He's a good guy, we talked for a bit. It looks like Robbie will be joining us at Hestia. I think that will be good for him.

Field Trip

Picked up Robbie for a field trip. Visited DC, Paris, New York. He’s a fan of old radio shows. Turns out we both like The Lone Ranger. He got a little overwhelmed, so we headed back to his home town and watched The Shadow. He’s a good kid, reminds me of an old friend.

Busy Day

Today, Fireguard, Tracer, and I flew to Reno to investigate a disturbance based on what we believed to be an eruption. We found out quite a bit. There were actually more than four novas at the local high school. There was a bit of a scuffle, kids will be kids, but we were able to break it up without anyone being harmed. Hopefully we'll have four new recruits for utopia, however some of them are already registered, and seem to be avoiding the spotlight. I'll try and take a few of them out over the next few days, get to know them, and let them know what Utopia can do for them.

Fireguard apparently has a remarkable ability to heal people. He used this on an injured child from the disturbance. I'm glad to see a power like being used for the Project.

More Checking In

Took Carlos to Fuddrucker’s today. He still seems to be having problems with his powers. They have him taking a lot of medicine for it. It seems to be helping. I flew him to a few churches around the world, including the Vatican. He really enjoyed it.

Bobby

Spent some time with Bobby today. He seems to be in pretty good shape. He’s probably too young to really understand what’s going on right now, but it’s probably for the best. I’ll try and check back in on him the first chance I get.

Fun

Football games with the guys at Utopia today. Good fun.

The Nova Life

Did some publicity work today. Got to show those pearly whites.

New Friends

Filed my paperwork for work on the fifth. Spent some time getting to know the people in the office. Had coffee with Tracer from the Project. She’s concerned about Bobby, probably rightfully so.

Carlos

We were able to follow up on him in Mexico City. After dealing with some Teragen (I’ll file the mission report tomorrow) Carlos came with us back to Utopia. He seems like a good kid, I think he’ll do fine. I’ll check in on him and Bobby later this week.

Hometown Hero

Took a trip home. Had a parade and some home made apple pie.

Nothing Much

Filed report for events of the last couple days. Caught the game.

New Year's Day

I was activated today as a member of Project Hestia, during the black tie opening. We were sent to a detestable place where they try and change the lifestyles of children to match their parents. There were some disturbing things about today’s mission that I’m just going to leave for the recordings, suffice to say it won’t be easy to forget. I worked with a woman named Tracer. Seems nice enough, but we didn’t interact much. We found a boy named Bobby, who was a nova, and only 5. We’ll be looking for a boy named Carlos who has the ability to walk through trees and control animals. Got a little camera time with Slider and Bender.
